General provisions<\/strong><\/p>

  1. Definitions 1.1. \u201cLammy Yarns B.V.\u201d: Lammy Yarns B.V., established at Slibbroek 22, 5081 NS Hilvarenbeek, registered with the Chamber of Commerce under number 18035934. 1.2. \u201cCustomer\u201d: The natural or legal person who enters into an agreement with Lammy Yarns B.V. 1.3. \u201cAgreement\u201d: Any agreement between Lammy Yarns B.V. and the Customer, including any amendments or additions thereto. 1.4. \u201cWebshop\u201d: The online sales environment of Lammy Yarns B.V., accessible via the website www.lammyyarns.com<\/a><\/p><\/li>

  2. Applicability 2.1. These general terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders and agreements between Lammy Yarns B.V. and the customer via the webshop. 2.2. By placing an order, the customer accepts the applicability of these general terms and conditions.<\/p><\/li>

  3. Offers and agreements 3.1. All offers made by Lammy Yarns B.V. are without obligation and may be revoked. 3.2. An agreement is concluded at the moment of receipt of the order by Lammy Yarns B.V. and confirmation of the order to the customer by e-mail. 3.3. Lammy Yarns B.V. reserves the right to refuse orders without giving reasons.<\/p><\/li>

  4. Prices and payment 4.1. All prices in the webshop are stated in euros and include VAT, unless otherwise stated. 4.2. Payment shall be made via the payment methods as stated on the webshop. 4.3. Lammy Yarns B.V. reserves the right to change prices and payment methods at any time.<\/p><\/li>

  5. Delivery 5.1. The delivery of products shall be made to the address specified by the customer when placing the order. 5.2. The stated delivery times are indicative and not binding. Delays in delivery do not entitle the customer to compensation or cancellation of the order. 5.3. Risks relating to the products pass to the customer at the time of delivery.<\/p><\/li><\/ol>

    Order, delivery and right of withdrawal<\/strong><\/p>

    1. Orders 6.1. The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the data provided with the order, including the delivery address. 6.2. Lammy Yarns B.V. reserves the right to cancel or change orders if the information provided is incorrect or if there is suspected fraud.<\/p><\/li>

    2. Cancellation and modification 7.1. The customer may cancel or modify an order before it has been dispatched, provided written notice is given to Lammy Yarns B.V. 7.2. Lammy Yarns B.V. reserves the right to cancel or modify an order in the event of force majeure or unforeseen circumstances.<\/p><\/li>

    3. Delivery 8.1. Lammy Yarns B.V. shall endeavour to deliver orders within the specified period, unless otherwise agreed. 8.2. If the delivery is delayed, Lammy Yarns B.V. will notify the customer as soon as possible. 8.3. Lammy Yarns B.V. is not liable for loss or damage to products during transport.<\/p><\/li>

    4. Right of withdrawal 9.1. The customer has the right to cancel the contract within 14 days of receiving the products without giving reasons. 9.2. The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that are custom-made or specifically adapted for the customer. 9.3. If the customer exercises the right of withdrawal, the customer must return the products unused and in the original packaging.<\/p><\/li>

    5. Return shipments 10.1. Return shipments must be reported to Lammy Yarns B.V. in writing in advance 10.2. The costs and risk of return shipments shall be borne by the customer, unless otherwise agreed.<\/p><\/li>

    6. Complaints 11.1. Complaints about the products supplied must be reported to Lammy Yarns B.V. in writing within 7 days of receipt. 11.2. Lammy Yarns B.V. will handle complaints as soon as possible and will endeavour to find an appropriate solution.<\/p><\/li><\/ol>

      Liability, Intellectual Property and Disputes<\/strong><\/p>

      1. Liability 12.1. Lammy Yarns B.V. shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damage, including consequential damage, arising from the use of the products or services. 12.2. The liability of Lammy Yarns B.V. shall be limited to the amount covered and paid by the insurance, or if no cover applies, to the invoice amount of the products concerned.<\/p><\/li>

      2. Force majeure 13.1. Lammy Yarns B.V. shall not be obliged to fulfil any obligation towards the customer if it is prevented from doing so as a result of a circumstance which is not attributable to its fault, nor for its account by virtue of the law, legal act or generally accepted views.<\/p><\/li>

      3. Intellectual Property 14.1. All intellectual property rights to the products, the webshop and other materials belong to Lammy Yarns B.V. or its licensors. 14.2. The Customer is not permitted to reproduce, modify, distribute or disclose the intellectual property rights without written permission from Lammy Yarns B.V..<\/p><\/li>

      4. Privacy and Data Processing 15.1. Lammy Yarns B.V. respects the privacy of its customers and processes personal data in accordance with applicable privacy legislation. See the privacy policy on the website for more information.<\/p><\/li>

      5. Disputes 16.1. These general terms and conditions and agreements between Lammy Yarns B.V. and the customer shall be governed by Dutch law. 16.2. Disputes shall be settled by the competent court in the district where Lammy Yarns B.V. has its registered office, unless mandatory rules of law provide otherwise.<\/p><\/li>

      6. Amendments to the General Terms and Conditions 17.1. Lammy Yarns B.V. reserves the right to amend these General Terms and Conditions at any time. The amended terms and conditions shall apply to new orders.<\/p><\/li><\/ol>
